Does someone know where I can find translations of the patterns who are in the Gothic and Lolita Bible ? I find a lot of them on Rêves de la mort because I haven't all the G&L Bibles.

Hello everyone, I've been a fan of the EGL look since I was in Japantown in San Francisco and I saw the magazines... I wish I'd bought one!
Anyway, if anyone knows of any other communities like this, especially where people post pictures, let me know.
I'm doing a fashion type magazine, and I want to do a Gothic Lolita article with photos sometime, but where does one find such elaborate clothes? You can't really beat the pictures in the Gothic Lolita Bible... I wish I could contact the company that publishes it and liscence the photos!
Anyway, if anyone wants to check out my magazine site and maybe give me some more ideas, it's here: Star & Garter
Thanks!!

Does anyone know which issue of G&LB the Baby The Stars Shine Bright dress pattern was in? I am think i am going to splash out and spend over £20 for one of the G&LB, and i really want to try to make the outfit. I think the price is a little bit too steep but alas, living in the UK means it's not gonna be cheap :S

Boy EGL/Anime/Manga cosplay alert! ^.^ I know it's hard for some to find a great outfit to try and convince your boyfriend to cosplay EGL with you, so I decided to share this new series with everyone. It's called Matantei Loki Ragnarok, and the main character is absolute kawaii male egl cuteness! ^.^ Some guy's wont agree to the bow and shorts the young Loki has, but wait! There is an older version Loki who looses the bow and shorts, and takes up pants! I can't find very many pictures as it is a fairly new series, but you can check out here. >.< But they don't have the older Loki's outfit which is shown in the opening and ending titles of the anime.

Oh yeah, and the series is really worth checking out with a great mix of occult and norse mythology. My icon is currently one of Lokiu, btw.

Newbie ^-^

Heya! I'm new ^^;; I'm really glad to see english lolitas here! I didn't realise there was as much interest in Japanese culture here ^-^ I've recently made my first gothic lolita dress, and I'm busy working on a new one based on a design from BOZ. I'm lookign for some new shoes atm. Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK where I would be able to buy mary janes? I'd like some high platform ones.
Here is piccy of my first dress (hope link works)

I have uploaded several of the pattern instruction pages from GLB 1 and 3-7 - if you're interested you can find them on Rêves de la Mort. More will follow later :-)

Also coming soon either on that site or
