Hey! Sorry for posting this here, but I need help!

I want to start my own ebay account but I am 16, My mom already has one(sunii) but i want me own, but its says you have to be 18or older, ahk!
I post this here because in a few months I plan on selling some eglish items, maybe eventually make a store... any advice would be great. ^_^;
