What have you excitedly added to your wardrobe recently?

I figure this question gets asked pretty regularly, but hopefully it's all right if I ask it too

I know that this month's theme is upcycling (which is fantastic), but I've just reserved to get the first of my dream dresses, so I'm very excited! It's Lief's Appleblossom set, and I'm determined to wear it this winter (though I'll probably get to it well before that). This will be the first item that I have "aimed" for, and not gotten because it was a good price and then came to like it. ^o^;


A friend got me this lovely pear bag, so my idea is to make a kind of "winter harvest" coordinate--let's hope that works out! Anyway, what anticipated pieces have you added to your wardrobe recently? Whether it's the perfect hat, a coveted skirt, or a show-stopping broach, what made you go "that's the one"?
