Manufacturing Errors

Hi Everyone!

I bought the Marine Kingdom headbow from AP USA, and I got an email saying that the headbow they received from Japan is sewed on the wrong side.

(I asked if they could give me a discount or something, but I'm not sure if they will.)


That got me thinking: What are other manufacturing errors that you all have noticed? That you own? And what have brands done to compensate for these errors?
I thought it might be neat to chronical all these. Pictures appreciated!
