can i save this gothic lolita wig? should i use wigspray? help?

Hello! i have looked in the memories but not found anything.
I have this gothic lolita wig from dolluxe. I tried to take pictures but it's hard.
It has become beyond frizzy. I keep brushing it gently with a comb and twirling the curls around my fingers. as dolluxe have adviced me to. but it's too destroyed, it makes no diferrence. they also adviced me to use wigspray.
I do not know what i have done to it. But the back in the neck has apearanlty gotten tangled from the spikey things on the inside to keep the wig in place on my head (sorry bad english)
 I have not got patience to brush it through if i don't know it's gonna help. or if this one is a hopless cause. I think ive been too rough with it.

could wigspray save it?
Do anyone know any wigspray to recommend or where to buy it?. can't find it anywhere.

do you guys who is more experienced with wigs have any tips? at least some tips on how to prevent this from happening again if i buy a new wig.
