Visiting Sanfran :))

Hello! Sometime in august im planning on visiting San Fransisco for a few days :) Obviously im going to use at least on of these days to shop. Im basically asking for shopping advice. Where are the shops? Easily located if i looked it up on a gps? All in the same vicinity? As in, can i just spend the day wandering around little japan and run into them along my way? Is the neighboorhood safe and okay with me wearing lolita? I normally wear lolita, but ive never been there, and dont want to look like a target. Im planning on saving up about 400$ to shop, because i want at least one full outfit. Should i save more, less? I basically want an insiders opinions and point of view. Thanks!
