Where to find a short and good petti for cheap?

Hello to all,
I wanted to find a not expensive petti with modest poof for low waist shorter skirts and salopettes because the petti i have is too long for them. I saw some short ones on Bodyline, but they deflate easily or the strongest ones are with scratchy "tights destroyer" tulle.
