South West Wales Lolitas & IW Rottenburg Coordinate Request

Hello everyone,

I have a couple of questions, and would really appreciate any help! Firstly, I'm going to be moving to South West Wales next month, and would therefore like to know if there are any lolitas in the area. I'll be moving to the Carmarthen area. Which means it's going to be fairly difficult for me to travel down to places like Swansea- but it may be possible (once every few months). I'm having trouble locating a Facebook community for the area- so if anyone has the direct link to said group, that would be fantastic! I'd love to meet some fellow lolitas down there, because I literally know no one there!

Secondly, I was wondering if anyone has any photographs of Innocent World's Rottenburg skirt/jsk? The colourway doesn't matter. I've been admiring it for a long time, but can't decided on the skirt or jsk. Which is why I'd like to see how other people have coordinated the print!
