Closet Child slow emails

I ordered an item off Closet Child on July 13, they said they would hold my order until August 14, in between that time I ordered another item and waited for them to confirm my order. After they confirmed both items I sent an email asking for them to pay, I asked them before the deadline to hold my items, and its almost the end of August and they still haven't sent me any emails or invoices. :(
I have been sending them an email once a week to ask for an invoice but no reply.
I heard they had limited staff but this is really taking a long time. I hope I'm not banned or anything I really want the items that I have ordered. I've ordered in the past and this has never happened before. Is anyone not getting replies from them either?
