problem with antaina

More than two weeks ago I ordered two pairs of shoes from antaina. I contacted them via email. They replied to me promptly, asking for my foot lengt and girth. They told me that needs 10 days to complete my order. I confirmed that i want the shoes telling that i was waiting for their invoice. After that i never received any email or invoice. Now, i have sent 3 emails in 3 days and they never replied. I'm really disappointed!
Someone had bad experience with antaina?
