Hoping to Meet-up in California?

Hey Everyone,
My Friend Kat and I are going to be in Los Angeles this Thursday 2/14/13 until 6pm on Monday 2/18/13. We're going to a convention that weekend, but we don't have any set plans throughout the weekend and we'd both really love to meet a few of the California Lolitas. :)
We're thinking about going to Japan town on thursday and checking things out.
