China Post slow in these days . . . ?

Hello everyone!

I have some questions, let me know what you think.

I orderer from Antaina 2 times before without any problem and I received my shoes in about 1 month.
But in my new order has delayed a lot!

On September 5 I bought two pairs of shoes in Antaina. (Paid by PayPal)

On September 15 I got my tracking number.

But since September 30 my package has no new status, it has been almost two months and still says "departure from transit office of exchange" when it should say "departure from outward office of exchange" which means that has left China.

The only answer I have received is this:
