Hello there! I was thinking of buying this skirt (http://tinyurl.com/cn9rp2b) from the seller wearitcuter on Etsy. I love the fabric and the price is not bad. Of course I would ask her to leave off the terrible lace at the hem, but what I was wondering about is the actual construction of the skirt.
