Question about Bodyline...?

Hello ^_^ I'm new to this community.
I recently purchased my first order from Bodyline since I see a lot of good reviews from them on this community.
My question is how long do they usually take to ship to the US? Does the tracking update at all?
I contacted c@bodyline.com about the whereabouts of my package but they only sent vague replies like: 

"Hello

We send out per Tuesday."

The tracking number states that my package was shipped on Oct. 23rd, but it's already Nov. 10th and I'm getting a bit worried. Help?




Edit: I used AIR for shipping :S

Update: I received my package today! (Nov. 14, 2012) Most likely, the mail was backed up because of Hurricane Sandy >.< Thanks for all the comments everyone!
