Tesla Con International Lolita Day Meet Up-- Madison WI

So, International Lolita Day falls on December 1st this winter. This is also the 2nd day of the Steampunk Convention Tesla Con in Madison, WI. I was hoping to have a small meet up with local girls even if you won't be going to the con. Seeing as I don't know the area well, I would like some suggestions on places to go/eat.

I do hope that I can meet up with some of you while I am in Wisconsin! <3
