Update 2: So it turns out this problem has a happy ending :) Baby got back to me with the shipping costs (3000yen, worked out to about 50NZD), and once I had paid they were quick to confirm payment, and send the parcle. They let me know when it was sent and it arrived really quickly. And it was worth the trouble/wait, the items are awesome, and it even came wrapped in pink tissue paper with a plastic BTSSB carry bag so I could feel like I just walked out of the store. I am really happy with my order, and thanks to everyone for your help and advice :)
Update1: Finally got an email with shipping information from Baby after emailing them many times. Hopefully all goes smoothly from now on and our items will arrive soon :) Thanks for all the advice!
I ordered using the shopping cart, and recieved what I assume is an automated conformation response on the 18th of october. It said that the prices did not include shipping, and to wait up to 7 days for shipping costs and payment details. I didnt hear from them so I sent an email 8 days later to ask for shipping and payment email. Still didnt hear anything, so sent an email 14 days after the original conformation email. I finally got an email back, saying that they sent me a conformation email on the 18th, and normally they would have cancled my order as they didnt hear from me after 7 days, but if I paid within the next 2 days then my order would still be processed. However the STILL havent given me the shipping price.
Im kinda new to lolita and internet buying, so I have only just set up a paypal and made 2-3 transactions on it. All the transactions I have done, the seller has sent me an invoice to pay. I havent recieved and invoice from Baby, so I dont know how to pay them! I have sent the ANOTHER email asking for shipping costs, but I dont know if I should try and make a payment without the shipping price, or hope that they get back to me without canceling the order. Its not like I have lost money or anything, its just the items are now sold out on the online store, so if they cancel the order I wont be able to reorder them :(
Has any one else ordered from them during the outlet sale? I have read a few posts about their bad customer service experiences, so I am wondering if it just because they are busy with the outlet sale. Still, the reply from them was seemed a bit random, I am happy to pay for my order as soon as they tell me how and how much!
