Is this coat warm enough for winter?...

Hello everyone :)
I'm going to buy a new coat for winter and I found this lovely one on Taobao, from Infanta:

But
is it warm enough for winter? I live in north Europa, Denmark
(Scandinavia), so we do get temperatures below zero degrees (Celsius).
Does anyone have the coat? If so, how is it? And can you have a woollen
sweater under it?
(Also, can anyone direct me to a good Taobao agency, that can help me buying the coat?)
