Shop suggestions for creepy-cute?

Hello, there~! It's been a while since I've posted.

Anyways, I'm trying to get a neat little outfit done for Halloween and to broaden my wardrobe. I'm totally on board the creepy-cute train and thought about asking everyone over here. I know a few people in this substyle, but it's like pulling teeth to get them to reveal where they've bought their clothes and accessories.

tl;dr I'd like some suggestions beyond creepsville; whether they sell on Etsy, Taobao, internationally, or US based doesn't matter to me. I just need to look cute and creepy ala Pastelbat.
