I had a local seamstress make me a black lace extremely poofy skirt like this Meta skirt. It has a elastic waist and I am really having a hard time finding a top to fit it properly. The first layer of poof starts right at the waist so it's hard to find a blouse or cutsew that will look smooth and not all lumpy. I don't want to tuck a top in because the elastic waist doesn't look good. Please I need some advice, thanks. :)
