Putumayo rose window print?

I adore this print and Tokyorebel recently got it in stock for only $145! The OP has that lovely A-line and gathered ruffle edge that brings me joy. However, those sleeves will sadly look ridiculous on my rather wide shoulders. Does anyone know if a JSK with this print exists or will be released? I searched the Putumayo website but they also only have the OP. If not I may be interested in commissioning an alteration from OP to JSK...
