Lolita Shout-Outs

As I sit here thinking about the amazing lolita friends I've made throughout the years, I've realized that I haven't done enough to tell them how much I appreciate them. I'd like to start this thread so that everyone can give shout-outs & thank-yous to other lolitas who have somehow made a difference in our lives.

Because I know this can potentially get lengthy since we all have a lot of love to give, I'm going to limit each person to 3 shout outs so that everyone gets a chance to say something beautiful to another lolita.

I know we all have lolitas who have, in some way or some form, made a difference in our lives for the better. So let's get started!


Here are mine:

leine_black - you were my first online to real life lolita friend and I can't believe that 5 years later, we are still friends despite our language barriers or the border that separates our countries :)

amethystcitrine - thank you for upkeeping lolibrary, which has, in my opinion, become the de-facto resource for lolita wardrobe information. In addition to that, you are just an amazing, good hearted person all-around. I am grateful I can call you a friend.

EGL & Sales Mods - I used to be a mod so I know just how much work it is to upkeep both these communities. Thank you for your cotinued hard work. I know sometimes it's hard when you try your best yet instead of accolades, you get piles of criticism. Despite all this, your strength in keeping this community going on an everyday basis is so commendable. Thanks ladies for doing your best!



Note: I know loli_valentines exists but

1) Not everyone knows it exists
2) I don't think there is anything wrong posting smaller community content on the main comm site
3) Sometimes it's too much work to make a valentine XD
