Simple I hope?

This outfit was a long time in the making. But I began making plans for a shiro outfit when I first bought my Frill bonnet a couple months back. I realized the bonnet didn't go with much in my closet. At Otakon, I found out a girl, Derin, was selling this white Frill dress which I bought. And then to finish it all up, I went ahead and bought a Frill purse while at Otakon. Finished it up with some thigh highs from Hot Topic and Shoes from bodyline.
