help needed/ photo request: Sailor Dress from Meta...

Hey Ladies!

I'm desperately looking for a coord with this meta dress:

I'm working on a dress similiar to it... Now it's nearly ready and I have doubts because of the collar.
Because, well, the shoulders are kinda visible and because of the back. The collar does not hit the upper line of the back's fabric (I hope you understand what I mean XD) and so a part of the back is visible.
Now I'm unsure what to do... Do you think I should wear a simple Cutsew under it which is not visible at the collar, just for some sleeves and a non-bare-back?
Help please? :(
