Brand arm sizing

Okay, so I could, in theory fit some brand blouses (88cm bust,72/76cm waist) but my upper arms are a little on the wider size. I'm already going to have to sell a bodyline blouse I bought because of my arm size.

So to cut a long story short, which brands have the biggest arm-to-waist ratio?
