Desperately need sizing help!

egl_archiveHey! I searched for answers for sizing from these stores but I couldn't find what I was looking for so I really need some help!
I am buying this dress and this dress
My bust is 90cm and my waist is 71cm, although I usually don't mind if the bust on the item is a bit smaller as I can wear an undergarment that will take a few centimeters off my bust. I ordered a medium sized dress from Dream of Lolita once and it was WAY too big for me, but I am aware other shops may by different. I really want my dresses to fit nicely this time.
I am aware there is a chart on Boguta's dress, but it is in Chinese and I can not work it out!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
