HMHM coat review request

Hi. I've been looking around but I can't seem to find any reviews for the items I'm considering getting. If any of you happen to have these coats or could point me to a review I've missed, that would be great. I'd like to know how well they stand up to the cold, if one does better than the other, etc. 

Also, if you had to choose between the two, which one would you pick? (Not related to the review request, but I like getting opinions and I'm kind of torn between the two.) EDIT: I plan to get a coat in black.
