Otakon Swap Meet 2012

I am not sure anyone has posted information about hosting one yet, but I thought I would offer hosting a Swap Meet at this years Otakon! (If someone has all ready, my apologies! I can always offer to host one at another day of the convention for those that can't make one or the other.)



Tentative Date/Time: Saturday July 28th @ 3PM
(Time might change when schedule is released, so continue to check for updates!)
Location: Top Floor of Hynes Convention Center next to HD Theater/Elevator
(Same location as last year) 

If you plan to sell/swap/participate: 
If possible, please make either a flickr photo set/photobucket album or some way of showing off your items that you plan to bring! This will create more interest and people can save up money in advance to purchase items! Once you have posted a link to your items you plan to bring, I will catalog a list by username here. 

Also, feel free to post a link to your wishlist, so incase someone that is coming has that item they know someone will be able to buy it.

Rules:
- Please only bring Lolita related/friendly items. Off-Brand, Replicas, Handmade, and Accessories/Make Up are allowed.
- Please do not bring any non-lolita related items. Ex: Anime collectibles, Doll items, Etc. 
*I'm sure there are tons of other swap meets going on throughout the convention for a number of other hobbies. Please keep this a Lolita only related swap.
- If you are planning to do a money related transaction, please figure another manner in which to do so. There is no money transactions allowed in the convention center. I suggest to either sell items ahead of time if anyone is interested online and pick up the item in person.
*Tip: If you have a smart phone, making Paypal transactions is easy to do in replacement of cash transactions!
- Make sure to have some sort of blanket or cloth to place your items onto.
