Confliction over fate of btssb dress

Ok, so, I've had a btssb dress, and I've had it for a very long time. It has quite a few stains on it. Nothing heavy but there is yellowing all over the place and some vaguely brown stains as well. It also has a few places where there are holes in it from it being worn so much. Basically it's unwearable and unsellable.
Problem is that it's my very first jsk/brand dress/ the dress I got when I went to san francisco to visit the Baby store there. So it's very very dear to me but I'm just not sure what to do with it. I can not throw it away, not if I wanted to, and I very much want to hear alternatives to trashing it. I'm not that great of a seamstress either, just fyi, I've made some bows and pillows, that's about it.
