Question about Daily Lolita tags

egl_archiveThere are a few tags used on Daily Lolita that I would like to understand better. Can someone please tell me what height or less is considered "short" and what height or more is considered "tall"? Also, does "natural hair" mean the natural colour, or just that it is the person's real hair and not a wig?
