tipping shopping services and a taobao store question

Hello all! 

I wanted to ask two simple questions and hopefully there is someone out there willing to help me.



First I would like to get your opinion about giving tip to shopping services. I once read a post were a girl mentioned tipping her shopping service and I was wondering what was common? To be honest I've never given any tip considering I already pay my shopping service for their service. And I have been using my shopping service a lot. So what do you people do?


Second I am looking for reviews on a taobao store. I am fully aware that they use stolen pictures and such. And I did found a post about someone asking the same question but all she got was please don't go there cos they use stolen pics. I have had some good experiences with taobao stores who used stolen pictures and their products turned out perfect.
