A request for prints!

I'm wondering if you could help me, I'm looking for graphics. What I'm after is scans of Moi-même-Moitié prints (silent moon / holy stained glass / iron gate / gothic arch) to help with a few layout ideas I've been having. I'm not planning on using these scans to get material printed or anything, honestly. It's just for graphics for livejournal/dreamwidth layouts. I understand that there's loads of pictures of prints on google and such, and believe me I've looked. I'd just rather not have to trace the print / straighten it and spend a few hours working on it if I don't have to and someone's already got a straight, workable graphic they don't mind sharing.

If I recall correctly, Moi-même-Moitié used to make notebooks with covers showing the prints. (I owned a gothic arch one years ago but can't find it...) If Moitié still does so / anyone owns one, is it possible you could scan the cover for me?
