Some questions about blouses.

Need a budget suggestion about blouses for beginners! :D


Hi Ladies :D

Sorry if this question is rather noobish, but I am in need of information about the price range of secondhand blouses, either offbrand or brand so I can plan my budget. I am planning to buy several basic blouses on this and the following month but is in doubt whether I should get a secondhand brand blouse (preferrably BTSSB or IW) or offbrands (AH/BL/Taobao brands)? It doesn't need to be brand new or just tried on, having been worn several times are okay as long as it's still looking decent enough and not too worn. How much does these blouses usually take? Should I get a new offbrand blouse altogether? Or probably any of you has better suggestion? :D

For your reference, I am more into classic, and my budget is under 100$, probably around 50-80$ but I can go a little bit more as long as it's still under 100$. :[

Since I fairly new to the comm and had never buy anything from the sales comm itself, I really need your suggestion on this. Planning a budget has been a need so that I don't go out on a shopping impulse >.< Thanks for your help! :D
