Questions about Lolita Jewelry!

So lately (due to me having some jobless free time after a recent move) I've been playing around with making jewelry, partially for my own entertainment as well as freebies for some prize buckets I'll be making for some upcoming conventions. However, I'm enjoying it a lot and am toying with the idea of selling some of my wares in the future. I happen to live in a great location for bead stores, so I figured I might as well put that to good use!



Feel free to answer any/all of these questions (or if you just have an opinion you'd like to share, I'd love to hear it!)

1. Do you purchase handmade jewelry online (etsy/egl sales/other awesome sites)?
2. Do you purchase jewelry because an individual piece catches your eye- or because you think it would go well with a particular outfit you have in your closet (or are planning to get)?
3. What trends/fads are you tiring of in lolita jewelry?
4. What would you like to see more of?
5. Would you be interested in (and willing to pay slightly more for) jewelry that made use of semiprecious stones and crystals (as opposed to plastic/resin/polymer clays)?
6. Do you make jewelry and accessories yourself?
7. Do you do any other sort of crafting?
