Opinions on F+F Quality. Also, please help me find this dress!

Hey guys, so I wanted input from you guys that have bought from F+F before.


I have browsed through the site quite a few times and have seen some very lovely pieces (not necessarily for Lolita) that I wouldn't mind owning, but don't want to order from them if their quality is suckish. I did own one blouse from them before and other than the awkward fit around my ribcage, I really didn't mind the quality; I definitely prefer it over Bodyline.

I'd like to know the quality of their actual dresses or coordinates (Particularly something from their Victorian, Steampunk, and Oriental Dame styles), to see if it's something I should try and invest in or not. Again, it is not necessarily for dressing up in Lolita; more like nice photoshoots or something a bit elegantly eye-catching for a convention.

As for the dress, my friend was browsing a Milanoo troll and found a dress she liked. Now she already knows what the issue with Milanoo, but still likes the dress design. She'd like to know the true origin of this dress:

From the looks of it, I can tell it's not an actual brand piece. Maybe something from Bodyline or F+F maybe?
