Bodyline Shoes Questions

I'm looking to buy some new everyday shoes, and have found a few on Bodyline that I quite like, those being shoes193 ( www.bodyline.co.jp/bodyline/showProduct2.asp?id=4963&pageNumber=1&pageStop=stop_7&noSubType=N )  and shoes259 ( http://www.bodyline.co.jp/bodyline/showProduct2.asp?id=6696&pageNumber=1&pageStop=stop_1&noSubType=N )

Does anyone own either of these? Are they true to size and comfortable enough to wear daily and walk around in?
