I didn't know that it would be a huge hit like this! So to help sort out the confusion I've started another thread with more information.

So the idea came from a book I just got, 'Wreck this Journal', and I wanted to make a lolita version of it. this is whats going to happen; When you get your book that you buy (everyone has to buy their own), you will decorate it some, making sure to leave a lot of pages blank. You can do with it as you like as long as you put this some where in the book, be it the last, first, or the middle page, you MUST have this:

Name: (LJ and Real name, or just LJ name )
Style: (Gothic, sweet, so on and so forth)
Your Favorite Icon: (Mana as example or Victorian women or an artist?)
Favorite Brand: (MMM, Baby, so on)

Now after this is in your notebook you can decorate it some if you like or what ever. But the cover of your book MUST have "Lace this Journal"

Now on to the note books. You can get some kind of Journal, or Composition book. Just something that the pages wont fall out like so:

Try to stay way from spiral note books, the pages fall out to easy. You can get a Composition notebook for like a dollar at Dollar Genneral and I think they sell journals too. But just remember its gonna be covered in Lolita stuff!

Now when you get a note book from someone you can do with it as you want (KEEP IT CLEAN! No fowl language or stuff like that too.) You can put photos, of their favorite brand or print, doddle or paint it. Add lace, stickers or stamps. Make it creative and add some advice or your favorite recipe or story or poem or even a game. You can take up to 4 pages but no more! Remember there will be other people 'Lacing' this journal. You can also decorate the cover too.

Once you are done you will ship it to the next person, and it will be the same person every time. Here is the chart

Like I said, you'll only be sending to one person and your's will come back to you.

Deadlines:

You must ship out your note book by January 27, 2012.
You have 2 weeks from the time you ship to receive the next Journal and ship it out with your pages done. Feb. 10, 2012 and the same thing for the next rotation. I'll post a reminder every 2 weeks.

In order to ship you MUST get the letter after yours. Example: 'C' will need to get 'D', 'F' will need to get 'A'. Refer to the chart above.

Wow you guys are killing me! I have opened up 3 more groups for the US. Sorry UK I don't have enough of you to make more groups. For those of you in Group 2, if you live in the south please comment and we'll get you switched with someone who lives closer to Canada. If you have an issue with shipping to Canada then please let me know. I am also looking for 2 more group managers, if your group don't have one and you would like to be one, let me know.
