He Said She Said, And Taobao in the Middle - Help Request

So I placed an order through taobaonow to buy this coat directly from Kids YoYo. I've used a shopping service (taobaospree) to buy from KYY before without problems.

It's been a few weeks, and finally (I believe they were having problems with their router) taobaonow informs me that KYY says they "couldn't get the materials". I think this is hard to believe since the item listing is STILL on the taobao site. I ask them to double check but I haven't heard from them.

Then, on my facebook feed this morning I see that Qutieland has posted a reminder - "Only a few days left to place an order for this!"

So is this just a case of KYY only selling to Qutieland? Why would they bother to put the item on the taobao site then? Any insight into this?

I really wanted this coat, it's been a dream item for the longest time. I'll order a different one from HMHM if I have to, but I'd rather have my original choice even if it's more expensive. Qutieland is almost prohibitively expensive though. Thanks for your comments.
