Where to buy affordable EGA or men's clothing?

My friend has recently gotten into EGA and looked at Retroscope Fashions.

He really likes this ensemble:

It's around 205USD for the shirt and coat.
Now, I believe that's a good, reasonable price range for a shirt and coat, if it's for EGA (as it's an expensive fashion).

But... are there any other stores (that don't need shopping services or 3 month waiting periods for custom-sizing or shipping) that are around this price range AND good quality?

All the indies brands I've seen cater to girls, mostly, and guys can't get a decent pair or a wider selection of clothing.
I'd love any help or direction to help him out!
