What do I do when I'm stuck with a bad dress?

So, I have this dress. This dress here is from the notorious Milanoo. I inherited this dress, so to speak, from a friend who wanted to join the lolita community, but decided not to after all. This was the first dress she bought, and needless to say, she wasn't happy. Now this dress is in my possession, and I am at a loss of ideas on what to do with it. Here are some pictures.


Sorry about the upside-downness of the pictures. But anyway, what do you suggest I do with it? I want to make it wearable, or sell it, or something, I don't know. Need suggestions, pronto!
