J-rock concert in the U.S.! and more!

Hi! I know this is off-topic, but I just thought you guys might want to know regardless. So, please pardon me for the intrusion, I'll be brief.

I'm producing a mini-music festival this month, and we're hosting 6 bands, one of them being BLOOD, a new and up-coming J-rock band straight from Japan! I'm REALLY excited about this.

In addition, for those of you who like synthpop, there'll be 3 bands also playing the festival: B! Machine, The Echoing Green (who've done a lot of stuff for the anime industry), and Secret Secret, which I'm actually a part of (thus the Gothic Lolita tie-in)

Tickets are $20; you can either purchase them online or at the door. Here's the stats:

When: June 20th, Friday @ 1pm-12am

Where: Santa Clara Convention Centre, Santa Clara in California (it's right next to San Jose and the San Jose International Airport)

My concert is a totally separate event from Fanime, so you don't have to buy anything except a GakuFest ticket to get in.

So you're the one putting this together? I was curious of who was doing it, since it's connected with Fanime and all. I'll definitely be there. From what I've heard, I like bands playing. since you're organizing it...Got any idea who else is playing?^.~

I'll be even better this year! I really wanted them to put up another pic of the band, but that one was okay.

Yes yes, it's me, and I run the rest of the live programming events for Fanime, so I'm a busy little girl. Busy little girl that will dress EGL this year! Yay!!!

Do you know how many tickets are being sold for it? I haven't ordered my ticket yet and I'm worried about it going sold out. x.x I'd cry if I couldn't go~!

The theater is large, but not ginormous. There are only 600 or so seats, and I think some are reserved. Buy your tickets now, while they're still available!

As of yesterday we were at 35 sold. We're in a 600 seat venue, but we're doing heavy promotions on it now so it'd be best to get your tickets soon.
