Buying ETC stuff?

 I think this is actually very easy for most of you to find. I just recently joined egl fashion so I'm still feeling around my way with the stores and other ways of getting dresses. I stumbled across this on a blog:

I know it's from ETC but... I'm wondering how to buy from them, if there's a catalog I can look for prices and questions like that. I tried looking at their site but my japanese isn't the most fluent in the world. Can anyone help me out? (: I'm interested in the dresses and the socks (beautiful socks!!)
