Mystery AP Star Dress?

egl_archiveI was reading through my round of fashion/lolita blogs this morning, and stumbled across this photo posted on the Tumblr, "Let's Go Colorful.":
Do any of you ladies recognize this dress? I'm a sucker for anything with pastel stars on it, so I'm wondering if it's a new brand release? It appears like the AP logo is down in the lower right-hand corner, but it's hard to tell.
I tried checking out AP's various websites, but it's being suuuuper slow this morning-something happening over there? I noticed a blue special Sugary Carnival set up for sale (already sold out at this point - I believe it was released on the 7th?) and Aqua Princess up for reserve so maybe that's why it's being incredibly slow, but I couldn't find anything about this star dress.
Anyone have any insight?
