I was wondering typically how far shirring usually stretches if an item is partially shirred in the back? I'm mainly concerned with the Sugary Carnival replica and another dress on Taobao. The SC has a measurement of 80cm and the other starts at 84.

Can anyone give a guess at how much it will stretch out?
