Colorful Sherbet Details? Length?

So I'm not the tallest nor the shortest lolita (5'4"). But APs colorful sherbet skirt seems to be a fair length in some photos, while in others... it looks a little short. ): I had the same inquires about another AP skirt before (someone was very helpful in explaining that skirts length) - so I'm not sure if this one follows that same rout? 

Therefor..... might anyone be able to provide a measured length or possible "worn" reference photo?
