AP Washing Help, Please~

So, I just got my Colorful Heart OP zipper fixed and am ready to wear it. Yay! But before I wear it, I want to make sure I can wash it properly afterwards.



I have other dresses I can wash on delicate or handwash (machine), but this is my first with brighter colors and a print.
(I always wash my dresses and skirts in cold water, in a lingerie bag and turned inside out

I was just wondering if anyone has recommendations or opinions for washing this dress? My guess is that it's better to spot/hand wash it. It does have care tags that I most likely can find meanings for symbols for (which are in Japanese), but I would like to get a consensus from you guys. If you guys really want to see the symbols, I can upload a picture later on.
The lace seems strong, but I'm worried about the ribbon and buttons if I machine wash it.
