Bronx Zoo meetup in NY

Small update, the final date for the Animal Party meetup at the Bronx Zoo is May 14th, with a raindate of the next day, May 15th. And in case of torrential rain all weekend, we'll postpone until May 21st. :)

EDIT: THE DATE FOR THE MEETUP WILL NOW BE SATURDAY MAY 21ST, with a rain date of the 22nd



Some things to keep in mind:

-Watch the weather! Spring is unpredictable, so make sure to plan your outfit accordingly.

-Admission to the Bronx Zoo is $16. Don't forget your Metro Card for subway fair going to and from the zoo. Also allow some money for lunch. There is a restaurant in the zoo which is probably expensive, but they do allow bag lunches and there is a picnic area to eat in. I will bring some goodies to share, but I can't bring enough for everyone to eat their fill, so please take lunch into account!

-Don't forget about the contest! There will be 3 small prizes for whose outfit is the "Most ferocious animal", "Cutest animal" and "Most original animal" which we will all vote on during the meet.

-If you are thinking of coming and have not yet posted on one of the previous threads, please do or post here so I can get an idea of the attendance.

I will post again just before the meetup as another reminder.
