MmM's Holy Queen: Care and Value?

Hello ladies and Gents~

I have recently acquired Moi meme Moitie's Holy Queen in a trade and was wondering how would i go about caring for such a beautiful garment. I've already flipped it inside out and read the care tags but I also know that many things that Moitie makes are hand wash/machine washer safe. So my question is, is Holy Queen one of those Moitie pieces that fair well through hand washing or machine washing? Besides washing, I'm also curious of the value of the JSK. I know that MmM is one of the more sought after brands but i'm not to sure of where this JSK would fall in terms of value.
