Question on how to improve this outfit!

So I recently bought a lovely dress from amadeth13 . It's my real first lolita purchase. And I was wondering if anyone on here could give me pointers on how to how shall I say...make it even more loli? lol, I can't find words for it XD. 

 





So, Now my question is this, what should I add to it? I'm not wearing any shoes or anything because I wanted some honest opinion from the lovely ladies on here. Should I wear socks or stockings? And also I was wondeirng on buying some Bodyline shoes, BUT as I'm still trying to learn and I dont want this to look bad, I'd like to get some opinion from you all on what shoes would look better with this outfit. Sorry for the lighting btw.Also, should I change my blouse? Maybe get a shorter one? It was the only blouse I had on me and I was worried as well sense my Bust is HUGE. I mean in the picture it looks like the dress is small on me and i'm suffocating a bit but I can breath just fine and move around fine. So maybe I should get a different kind of blouse? Tell me please. How should I improve this outfit? :3. Please be kind as this is my first loli buy and I do want  so badly to improve as I'm thinking of doing a meet-up in my area and dont want to look like a complete ita ^^. Also note: Yes, I realize the size of it for my bust area IS small. I am thinking of taking it to a seamstress to get it fixed.
