Reminder! Tekkoshocon IX Fashion Show is Looking For Models!

Tekkoshocon is still looking for models for our annual Lolita Fashion Show!

If you don't know what Tekkoshocon is, we're a four-day anime and Japanese culture convention based in Pittsburgh, PA. We have plenty of events for people that are Anime fans, as well as plenty of things for non-anime fans to do. This year, we have two Japanese bands, Rampant and lix, making their US debuts at Tekkoshocon. We also have cosplay idol and maid cafe hostess Reni Mimura performing, Steve Blum (voice actor from popular titles such as Cowboy Bebop and The Big O), and so much more!

This year, Tekkoshocon has taken over organizing the event as a fundraiser to benefit Cystic Fibrosis research. In addition to the show, we will be raffling off Lolita-themed baskets, as well as individual items and anime-themed items. We are looking for models who have their own Lolita clothing as well as those who do not. We are able to provide some clothes for models that do not have their own. Applications will be accepted through Friday, March 4th.
