Taobao Custom Sizing for Shoes

Hello!
I recently found out about all of the taobao stores and I'm really excited, but almost all of the shoe sizes stop at, what I'm going to assume, is the average asian woman's shoe size. So me being a US women's size 11 I'm at a stand still.
Anyway, my question is does Taobao offer custom sizing for shoes also? Or just certain shops? And if so, is there an extra fee that is added onto it?
